„The property manager took an hour to communicate back with me after being locked out and given the incorrect access code in the booking. The phone number listed was a business number not open on the weekends. The host made me feel like I was stupid and at the wrong property. This is the worst experience I have ever had using a vacation property rental host. “

I didn't realize the only way to access the bathroom is by going into the bedroom, but this wasn't a issue for us. Check in instructions were clear and easy. We enjoyed our visit to Owatonna and would stay here again. “
