I am expecting a refund in 5 to 7 business days, which, while I understand the bank process, I find unacceptable since I was charged without my knowledge or consent. I hope and suspect this was a simple mistake—beware and check the charges would be my only caution.“

„The cottage had all the amenities that were listed. The beds were comfortable and we had plenty of room to spread out. It was centrally located to shop, restaurants, UNM hospital, & doctors offices. The area isn't the greatest but we felt safe & secure with the fence & locks. I will be sure to rent this lovely home when we need to go to Albuquerque again. “

„I loved the decorations and atmosphere! The hostess is on site and helpful. The location is great. The only problem was the parking. The first 5 places are taken by a store, then a large truck was parked. So we had a difficult time squeezing into the remaining space. I would love to stay there again, but that truck needs to park somewhere else. Georgia“
