„The house is new and clean. It is a quiet and friendly place. However, the location given on the website is not correct, although it is listed correctly on Google Maps. Communication with the owner about check-in was also not very satisfying. Nevertheless, we had a wonderful time overall.“

"Das Nichtraucherzimmer hat beim Betreten nach Ziegerettenrauch gerochen. Das Zimmer war in die Jahre gekommen. Ich war in der Golden-Week da, das Hotel war stark überbucht. Das hieß beim Frühstück Nummer ziehen und warten bis ca. 40 Leute vor einem dran waren. Frühstück war eher dürftig. Auf die einziegen zwei Fahrstühle wartete man auch gerne. Das Hotel ist sehr zentral und der Ausblick vom Frühstücksbuffet super. Die Waschmaschienen waren super sauber. Sonst hört der Komfort dann aber auch schnell auf."

"Hotel ist fünfzehn Minuten vom Bahnhof entfernt. Kleine zweckmässige Zimmer mit gutem Frühstück und Onsen Bereich. Klassisches Mittelklasse Hotel für Geschäftsreisende. Welcome Drink, kostenlose Nudelsuppe, Gutes Frühstück und der Onsen das sind Markenzeichen dieser Hotelkette. Gute Essensmöglichkeiten in der Ecke aber kaum Möglichkeiten Einkäufe zu machen. "
