„This is our 4th VRBO rental in Lubbock over the past year and we have found our new “go to” home away from home. This house was perfect for our family! It was clean, in a quiet neighborhood, and loved the small touches (water bottles, snacks, coffee, mints). Just a short drive to Tech, grocery store, and restaurants. I hope we can stay here next time we visit our son at Tech!“

„We would highly recommend this property! It was just perfect for our family gathering in Lubbock, to celebrate our son’s graduation from Texas Tech! The host thought of everything in the house, and added so much more than a normal VRBO rental! Beds were super comfortable and all photos are representative of this very nice and new house! Our family really enjoyed the indoor and outdoor games. Thank you for a wonderful 5-star stay!“

„The management cancelled us 2 hours before my family arrived. This caused a hectic 2 hours of searching for a place. VRBO was sold out at this time as well as most properties due to the Tech Graduation. The manager said they double booked the property but that wasn’t known until 2 hours before check-in? There should be something in place with VRBO to make sure you can count on a prepaid property and that this doesn’t happen. “
