I think the best part was having two well-stocked kitchens. We also loved its convenience to Crystal Mountain and Arcadia Bluffs.“

The only complaint I have as far as cleanliness was the amount of dog hair that was on the couch/living area. Otherwise it’s a great location right next to downtown! I would recommend.“

The home is conveniently located close to many key areas, a short drive to Sleeping Bear Dunes and Traverse City (why pay more) and the beach! Kate was so nice and friendly and made the stay feel so comfortable. You can see the care Kate and Ray took to make the shed a perfect getaway! „Wonderful location for a quiet getaway with family...technically 3 families. It was cozy in the main house for 2 families of 4 each, then we had 2 adults w pets in the loft. It worked out for our crew. Enjoyed the kayaks, breakfast in the deck & being centrally located between the dunes & TC. Down side was some kind of paper wasps/hornets that stung a few times during the night upstairs in main house, but realtor said they’d send someone out.
