„There is no reception on site and the people you deal with on the phone aren’t friendly. They really push for paying for the room via a link in a text message, clearly to bypass the fees incurred when booking through websites. The unit was dirty, toilets were not clean and the showers/bathroom had mould growing on the ceiling. Dirty glasses were in the cupboard, and the bedside tables had lots of sticky residue on them. The aircon was old and very dirty. Clearly the unit hasn’t been cleaned ...
