"Sehr schönes Hotel mit riesigen Zimmern. Ausgezeichnetes Frühstück mit grosser Auswahl an japanischen, chinesischen und kontinentalen Speisen. Bus Transfer von und nach Narita Flughafen klappte perfekt, mit genauen Angaben der Zeiten und des Standortes. Grosse Auswahl an hausinternen Restaurants, sehr zahlreiches und hilfsbereites Personal."

"As soon as I entered, there was a moldy smell, and fans were running everywhere. The toilets and showers were dirty, with puddles of water in the shower area. The sleeping capsules looked old and heavily used. I left the hotel immediately after arriving and booked another hotel right away. "

"Good for a short stay before departure. Shuttle-Service to airport is great. Food/restaurants are good. Unfortunately the opening hours of pool and sauna are only from 10a.m. to 8 p.m. Room was not really cleaned and ! Cockroaches in bathroom were terrible. Sorry, but I cannot recommend this location..."

"What I like: - Really nice hotel. I stayed at Shinkan. Besides check-in & check-out by person, it provides other at least 5 check-in & check-out machines, which are really easy to use and support foreign languages. - Room (standard room for 1 person) is clean. Though at the night it was a little cold, you can turn on the air condition. - breakfast is included. - shuttle bus is convenient."
