King Mountain is a great hike to the top, though never an easy one. There is a radio station tower on top, and I actually encountered several workers when I got to the top, they have to hike up also each time they have to work on the tower. Great views of the lake and mountains. There are a couple of places to park right beside the mountain. Watch out for the irrigation canal and stay away from it when it is running, it has a syphon that will suck you under and drown you. There is also a small cave on the side of the mountain that is a nice and cool spot on a hot day.

„My friend and I stayed 2 nights at the Lazy Buffalo for her birthday weekend. We had a great time! The cabins are cozy, clean, and had the basics for our short stay. The property is super cute and we really enjoyed the Star Gazing truck that had unobstructed views. The location is also great with a gas station, casino, and a cool dive bar across the street! Just a short drive to hiking trails, Mt. Scott and Medicine Park. Host is very responsive and friendly. We would definitely stay here again. ...

„The property was a great stay for my business trip. I usually stay in Lawton or Duncan but I wanted to check out the area in medicine park. My husband and my two dogs were with me and it was an excellent stay. The place was perfect for two people. Four would be a bit cramped but it was perfect for our stay.
