My son was playing volleyball at the Convention center and this was a great location, just a 6 minute walk. Also close to the free streetcar route. There was a grocery store, Cosentino's market, about 1/2 mile away. A couple of pubs and a pizza hut with a few blocks. Having the parking space was a huge plus so I didn't have to search for parking. Washer/dryer in the basement made it easy to clean ...

„This was an incredible location, within easy walking distance of several restaurants and the streetcar (and several stops down is a grocery store). It felt very safe, with a lot of people around walking their dogs.The loft is nice and spacious, with good wifi. “

„Do not stay at this property. The pictures of the inside of the house are nice, notice there are no pictures of the neighborhood or outdoors spaces, this is for a reason. The house backs up to an extremely loud and busy street. The house is old and paper thin walls, we could hear every car and person walking by - ambulances all night and on the second night we heard gunshots in the distance. We felt unsafe and didn't sleep.
