„The ONLY thing would be lined curtains in bedroom. Appreciate the security lights outside but it looked like the sun was beaming in all night long. Otherwise, excellent; have already recommended to others who visit Topeka, and will stay here on our next visit!“

„I only lowered it 1 star bc we felt like the large amount of dust bunnies running around the bedroom, every dish we tried to use being greasy, and 3 inches of walking room on either side of the king bed just didn't quite make the 5th star.“

„The host was very pleasant and easy to work with. We are so appreciative for them sharing their home with us. It was great.“

„Great little spot for a quick stop! Super cozy and loved the cute decor everywhere.“

„Very clean rooms, everything was labeled and easily identifiable, and we highly appreciated the little travel items of frequently forgotten stuff. My family was very comfortable. If we return to Topeka, we’re definitely staying again.“

„Beautiful and comfortable lodging, perfect for family gatherings, just a short walk from downtown St. Mary's.“

„This was a last minute booking after other plans fell through. We were very comfortable for the one night we were there. The place was clean, with some thoughtful touches such as snacks and Netflix. There was a slight smoke odor, which we quickly got used to and it didn't bother us, but some people might be more sensitive. The location was convenient as well. „The home was convenient to the location we were there for. It was clean and comfortable. Seemed like a nice neighborhood. And I like that there was no list of chores to perform before leaving. Thanks for a great stay.“

„Cute house and easily accessible to everything that we needed. We would definitely stay there again.“

„This is our second time staying here and it was just a good the second time! Even better! They added a snack basket and coffee bar that I don’t remember. The towels were nice and fluffy. I like that they provide different types of pillows. This is our go-to when visiting family in Sabetha.“

„This place was amazing! It was perfect for our family of 4 (2 adults and 2 boys ages 16 and 11). The hosts went above and beyond in creating a comfortable environment. My boys were disappointed to leave. And the host was super supportive in helping me retrieve an item I accidentally left behind. This was a fantastic stay in a great location. We highly recommend it!“

„The smell of mildue or mold, cob webs in the corners of each room condiment old or bad fridge was leaking and covered up with a towel, main lock strike plate was missing and only secured with wood trim we did not feel safe as for the door could have been forced open easily, one bedroom was a pull out bed not a bed no face soap only shampoo, walk way and drive way where cracked broken and unever causing a trip hazard, hot water temperature was scolding hot“

„Feels cozy and welcoming here compared to other motels I've visited recently.“
