„We really enjoyed this property. It was like stepping back in time as we opened the wooden door taking us up the worn staircase to the amazing apartment upstairs. Beautifully decorated and conveniently located to shops and restaurants, we’ll definitely consider this property for our next trip to Vicksburg. Everything was perfect, other than not receiving the door code prior to arriving. That was quickly resolved upon calling host. “

„We loved our stay! The interior has historic charm, clean, comfortable & a perfectly curated art collection to enjoy. We parked right outside on the street, had a magnificent dinner at a restaurant steps away and enjoyed listening to a local band snuggled up on our private terrace. Chris is an absolutely lovely hostess and I am delighted to bring home a print of her artwork. Vicksburg has the friendliest people and delicious food. I can’t wait to visit again. “

„We were in town for Miss Mississippi and stayed at this lovely upstairs apartment! With 4 people, we knew we’d need more than a hotel room and this apartment fit the bill beautifully and was within our budget!We loved our stay and even though we ran into a few things to note, we’ve already discussed that we hope to rent again next year if our girls are Magnolia Belles again! „Checking in process was good, they had a great description of what to do when you got to property. No concerns there. I had my family with me on this trip, including a crawling 1 year old. We found the house to be very unclean when we arrived. We found some toenail clippings and some old food bits scattered amongst the floor. „This Lake property is exceptional in cleanliness, decor and accommodations. Everything was easily accessible to the Lake. The dock for night fishing was the great!! Daphne, our Host, had all information needed to make our check in/stay smooth. No need to think twice about this property….just book it! “

Rotten floors, no TV, no internet, awning torn up. Your neighbor will park vehicles at the front door. Do NOT book for a nice get away. Go elsewhere. “
