But that was not the case. I think they are just trying to deter renters that are not considerate of their neighbors. So if you respectful of other people, then this is a property for you. „Our family which is spread across the country met in Palm Springs - 3 adult couples and one toddler. The house was perfectly laid out for dinner, games and outside pool and lounge time. Plus we got to watch a lot of golfer tee off. the property manager was extremely helpful with information and house issues. We will be back again“
