„We’ve had a lovely stay with Michael as the host. The tents are clean and comfortable. The bathrooms are clean,well thought out (everything in one stall) and well kept. Even toiletries are provided! Upon arrival Michael explained everything and provided us with power bank and lights for the night. Unfortunately it rained that night, so we missed campfire and s’mores in the evening. „This property has a beautiful view of the mountains and is located in very peaceful area. We were able to have a very enjoyable weekend, visiting the Great Sand Dunes and Zapata Falls. When we returned to the property, our family was able to sit back, eat dinner and relax without being on top of each other. „Spacious house with mountain views near Great Sand Dunes National Park. The town is tiny but not terribly far from larger towns with more amenities. We really enjoyed the space to spread out and proximity to the dunes. The house had large appliances and spacious kitchen and plenty of hot water. The gas range especially was a pleasure to use. „The yurt was very comfortable and clean. The pictures were accurate and we really appreciated the tie out for our dog. You really only need to bring yourself and your food. What a great way to camp! We did have some terrible with the power staying on but the host was extremely responsive and did his best to help. We will be back. “
