„Front porch could use some seating. Lawn not cut upon arrival but 2 days later was cut. Water damage in living room and master bathroom. Slight odor upon entering property. Downpouring rain makes leaving side door bad with no covering. Dryer was not drying clothes properly. Had to put on multiple cycles..hall bathroom cabinet had some damage by toilet prior to arrival. Doors to washer/dryer off track prior to arrival.“

„Place was perfect… very nice inside, two sets of bunk beds in one BR, which our kids enjoyed. Small pool in nice backyard, which our kids used several times. We gladly recommend this location and host, and will stay here again in the future. Nice park with playground across the street, which has monkey bars, and a cute splash pad. „We absolutely loved this property. The pictures do not give the place justice. Plenty of space and very clean. Property owner was very responsive when we had issues connecting to the wifi. Located near the beach and downtown Bay St. Louis, which I highly recommend. However, the central A/C unit was not able to keep the main area of the house cool. Our stay was in the middle of June and the A/C could not get the main area of the house lower than 80. It would stay that temperature until well into ...

„Joy was a gracious, kind and thoughtful host. I had everything I needed. The property is modern, comfortable and well located for what I wanted to do: explore and enjoy Bay St. Louis. It's a block from the beach and the Washington pier and Boat Launch; the Historic Depot District and downtown are easy walks away.
