„It was good but upon arrival a dead roach was found in one of the bedrooms, a roach antenna coming from the top of the bathroom door downstairs , and the bathroom upstairs had a weird smell coming from the sink, underneath ALL the sinks were pretty dirty. There is no cleaning supplies, only a mop and a swiffer. But overall, was a good stay.“

Once I got my mother and family members settled in my husband and I went to the other home 701 Smith St. without complications. My husband and I were not impressive about the neighborhood or the distance from the home on Chapel St., which they stated that the homes were walking distance; approximately 7 minute drive across the town. „Great stay, the house is very conveniently located (50 feet to the beach, 0.5 mile to a Harris Teeter). There's some beach stuff (chairs, a beach cart, an umbrella, a few body boards). A few things to consider when renting this house:1. Bring a few knives. The ones that are there are super dull2. Bring spices, sugar, and salt 3. There's no AC in the smaller bedroom. There was a problem with city drains so the parking lot was flooded a couple nights, which caused a lot of dirt to be tracked into the unit, but this wasn't a problem with the rental.
