„This place is a great - hosts are amazing people. They are intelligent, passionate, flexible, and friendly. Sunsrise view is great. Incredibly safe environment. You really feel like you have a degree of quiet separation from the bustle of Hilo that is only a short drive away. So best of both worlds. The tradeoff is that the village access does require a short drive on unpaved roads. So prepare mentally that this is a slightly more secluded location. You get a simple but thoughtfully ...

„The studio is exactly what we were hoping for. We had wonderful views every day and the hosts were extremely nice and helpful. One little remark: the kitchen is rather small (which we knew in advance). So it was nice being able to cook at least some pasta, but if you are planning on cooking extensively then this might be the wrong place. If you are not planning on doing so, we can only highly recommend staying here.“

Comfortable.Great location for exploring the island. Walkable small beaches. Received a lot of different emails about the property and checking in. It made it confusing but figured it out. Its kind of like staying in a friend's guest room. Never really saw anyone.“

„The unit is adequate, but could be better. The kitchen was missing pots and knives, the fan and AC vents need to be cleaned. Owner sent wrong wifi info, but quickly corrected that by text after checkin. Other messages/questions weren't answered quickly. Noisy neighbors on the weekend. “

„This is a great little place to stay. The ducks were so fun ti watch and while we didn't get to meet them, we coukd hear the goats. The view is incredible and the nights are dark and quiet“
