„This cabin is rustic yet modern. We loved that it was secluded yet close enough to town to make quick trips (you could walk if you wanted to). It was easy once we arrived as all of the access information and detailed map instruction was text to us before we arrived. It was spotless which immediately put us at ease as we were travelling with a 1 yr. old (if you have one, you know how much they love to pick up anything they see and go straight to their mouth with it). „We have visited Helen several times and tried VRBOs and hotels throughout the city. This is BY FAR our favorite. You can easily walk anywhere on the strip, but it’s very tranquil on the cabin’s street. The cabin was exceptionally clean and cozy, and it was stocked with literally everything we could need. You can tell the owners really put a lot of thought into what their guests might need. Our favorite part was the beautiful back porch. I would gladly stay here again and recommend it to family ...

„Check in was fairly easy. The kitchen was acceptable and functional. I appreciated the necessary components to prepare meals. Newer cookware and bakeware would have been more useful but, I made do with what was there. I can imagine how hard it is to keep those items updated and in good condition though. WiFi worked flawlessly for entertainment. Neighborhood was very quiet and safe. During a stormy evening, everyone was content to stay in and watch a movie or play pool and not go exploring around ...

„The property was great, excellent location. Close and convenient to town whether walking or driving. Enjoyed our time outside, tubing down the river and stopping "at home" on the way down or just watching others flow by, played corn hole, had a fire and s'mores, cooked and dined outside, relaxed on the swing and read, watched TV outside, etc. We only had a couple of items that could be improved on. There was only one hair dryer that was on the wall in one of the bathrooms, none in the bathroom ...
