„We had a total of 12 people staying at Casa Natalia and we loved it! The house is beautiful, clean and perfectly located for a stay in Potrero. The concierge, Jimmy is fantastic, helping to not only prepare for our trip but arranging last minute requests. The housekeeper was a nice bonus, making the house feel like a hotel with fresh towels, made beds, etc. and the night security guard was also a nice bonus, although we always felt safe. We enjoyed hanging out at the beach, everything you need ...

„The staff at this hotel were very friendly and welcoming. They lent us umbrellas for us to use while we stayed there because of the weather conditions. They gave us information on the best places to eat and made us feel at home. While the hotel is not a luxury resort, I was pleasantly surprised how big the hotel room was. It had a separate kitchen and couch and the outside patio was very large with furniture and a hammock. Will definitely stay again if we make it back to Costa Rica. “

„Our family of 12 had an amazing vacation here! We had six adults, two teenagers, and children from infant all the way to eight years old. Clean, comfortable, and beautiful home! The four master bedrooms with king size beds, and private bathrooms made for a wonderful and relaxing time together, with space to spread out and have some privacy as well. The groundskeeper, Martín, was so attentive, and the property manager, Arturo, resolved any questions and provided us with wonderful suggestions and recommendations.
