„Extremely cozy cabin within a brisk walk to the river. Beautiful area, we saw deer and a little coyote but it wasn’t bothering anybody. Even though it’s in a “resort” it’s quiet and we saw a couple other guests next to the river. Tom, the manager, was extremely quick to help us with any issues with the house but if you need to contact him, a phone call is the best option. This place was amazing and if we ever visit San Antonio or New Braunfels again this will be the spot we go to.“

„Randy was very responsive to messages. House was spacious for our group with plenty of sleeping spaces! Loved the large dining tables so we could all dine together. The pool allowed us to have an day of relaxation after a full day of shopping on Friday.“

„For the price, it's really a great deal. It's hard to find homes this large without breaking the bank. The home was clean and Randy was very quick to respond to questions. The neighborhood is very quiet and the kitchen is pretty well stocked.There are a few home quirks like no bathrooms on the first floor which has two rooms totalling 10 beds so if you bring a huge group, a lot of them may have to go upstairs in the middle of the night to use the restroom. There's also no water to the fridge ...

„This was the perfect place for a big group. We had 4 kids that played the ultimate game of hide and seek in the main house. We wished the water had been higher to the dock like the picture. But it was high enough to swim a little farther to the right. The guest house was great for all the older parents. “
