„From start to finish we enjoyed everything about our vacation. Steve and Barbara are absolutely the most wonderful hosts we have ever encountered. Barbara saw we were having some issues with our truck upon arrival and showed up quickly to offer a helping hand. Unfortunately we found out the hard way we have a vacuum issue with our 4 wheel drive that made it impossible to make the last 50 yards of the hill to the property but Steve showed up with his tractor to pull us to the top! Again...amazing ...

„We stayed here for a few days to explore the New River Gorge. Having never been to the area before, I realized later that there are places that we almost booked that would've been very far from the places we wanted to see. This location was just right - close to Oak Hill and Fayetteville for shops/dining, and 10 minutes or so to the New River Gorge Bridge. „We had a great time at this unique place in the wilderness. This huge property was very peaceful and included a little pond and a creek (!). And it is perfectly located for visiting the “New River Gorge” Nation Park. The cabin is extremely cozy and rustic with lots of wood, impressive hunting decoration and authentic furniture. The kitchen and the bathroom were well maintained and neat. And we loved stargazing in the jacuzzi. “
