Some things had some deferred maintenance (cobwebs on vaulted ceiling, broken back on dock chair, ripped Lily pad, broken dresser with glass panes in bunk room, yards in need of weeding, futon in disrepair, and LOTS of bugs on windows), but is the end of the high season which may explain much of it.
