Faye (the owner) was very professional pre-holiday, replying within minutes regarding a couple of queries. This point offered surety, when based against the 'fob-off', fake news merchants within todays society. We were 2 adults with our 2 young grand children, and pleasantly suprised with the amount of room internally, plus separate eating and relaxing area along the ample patio ...

„We bought the 3 night stay as gift for our son's birthday. After a 3 hour journey they could not access the property as the keysafe code we had been given was incorrect. My wife and I were out for a meal and spent over an hour trying to contact someone that could give us the correct code. Eventually after nearly 2 hour they were able to guess the code and gain entry. Customer service and support were pathetic and left them stranded in the rain.“

The listing really should mention the tv is almost impossible as the wifi signal is bad and maybe have some games or puzzles available as we were not aware the tv would just buffer constantly.. „Really nice cottages with lots of thoughtful touches and lovely surroundings. Lots of care has been put in to every aspect. Even the standard cottage folder is bespoke with individual laminated walking maps inside. Excellent location for Beverley and the Humber and local village has three nice pubs and the property owners couldn’t be more helpful.“
