„Property was as described T&C's stated we would have access details 3 days prior to arrival but this didn't happen. We contacted host and were told we would have them on the afternoon prior to arrival, this change was disappointing and unsettling as we have experianced catastrophic failure with other rentals so either the T&C were incorrect or the host was mistaken in delaying either way there was an breach of contract outside of our control and was unexpected and unsettling as less than 72hrs ...

„Original reserved rental supposedly had a leak so we received an “upgrade”, it was actually a downgrade. We were supposed to have 3 bedrooms, this had 2. The hot and cold water didn’t mix in the shower head so you could only take a scalding or freezing shower. After my 2nd kid showered, we were out of hot water; my husband and I got lukewarm only.
