„We have stayed at this property before, it is just outside of downtown, walking distance. The units are themed by state, with many personal touches, including snacks, toiletries you may have forgotten. Quiet and comfortable. Would stay again!“

„My mom and I stayed here while we were in town for a book signing. It's an old home that has been upgraded, but still feels unique (the floors are beautiful). It's the perfect size for 2-3 people. The heat lamp in the bathroom is great. Nice quiet neighborhood and within walking distance to downtown and the library! Fair warning that the washer and dryer are not free (coin-operated), so if you had a longer stay, be prepared for that! “

„The staff at the hotel were so friendly and knowledgeable. We did not know any of the history of the hotel or town when we booked our stay and everyone was so kind in welcoming us and sharing with us the unique history! Highly recommend staying here for a few nights to tour all the town has to offer.“

„I had an issue getting into my room after returning and the staff was very gracious and put me into a dofferent room and drove 30 minutes to help rescue me so i could get my belongings from the room. I would stay here again. Has wonderful historic charm. “

„Lovely historic hotel with modern amenities in the heart of a small town on the river front. Once checked in I could have all of my needs met by foot! A nice brewery, restaurants and the river front all within a mile. The bed was one of the most comfortable I have ever enjoyed in a hotel. Hours are spotty, but I did get to enjoy both the basement Speakeasy as well as the dining room for breakfast. Wonderful stay overall.“

„This cutie of a home was very clean and had everything we could need for a stay in Rochester. Quiet neighborhood. Corner lot VRBO with parking. The host was responsive, offered an earlier check in, had chocolate as a thank you for us, k-cups and tea, and even a well instructed guide book for the checkout process and use of items in the home.We would recommend this place and we would return here for another stay.“

„I traveled with my partner and my dog. We absolutely loved this room. This wasn't the first time we've stayed here. This is a great spot to stay when we ski at Afton Alps. It's really convenient when traveling with a dog as there is a green space on the opposite side of the parking lot for bathroom breaks. Also super convenient because there is a restaurant and gas station in the same parking lot. Really liked being able to park directly in front of our room door. Both rooms we have stayed in ...
