The staff were warm and welcoming, and reception was very accommodating, promptly providing swim towels when needed. The pool area was clean and refreshing, adding to an overall relaxing stay. Please don't be put off by the external bathroom - it is via a short covered walkway & very well fitted out - made us both grin at 0200hrs - not an incovenience at all! if only we could have stayed longer!“
