This is a cottage and has a few quirks, which we found endearing. The beds were very comfortable and the electric blankets were a game changer and allowed us to drop the temp more at night. I'd recommend staying here if you're coming to Rochester. The only issue was that there was a guy yelling at us from his car for no reason, but that's not a problem regarding the homeowner, it's just the area. “

I will say that if you do have accessibility needs that this house would be a problem since the only bathroom is on the 2nd floor. It wasn't a huge problem for us, but others it might. It was just something I overlooked. “
