„This home is a great option with its location to everything in Toledo and Northwest Ohio. Fantastic view of the Maumee River with a 3 outdoor decks and a sotting area down at the river bank. Some have shared the neighborhood is suspect, but it is an old and depressed area of Toledo. We didn’t encounter one sketchy moment or even a police siren over our 4 night long weekend stay. „The house is beautiful. Perfect for our needs. Concerned that all exits but one were non-functioning. Had trouble with the alarm system. Police came twice during our stay. Host gave us the alarm code after we contacted them about the problem but the alarm was still going off with the police. Many light bulbs need replaced. Just a small issue. Had a great weekend.“

„ Great location and dock space. went on several boat rides in the evening and the views were fantastic .The fire pit is large enough for several people to have great conversations and laughter. The Vrbo app is a challenge but the host (Tom) was great and I would have gave him a 10 but that wasn't a option. I'm looking forward to another stay next year. Thank you so much Mark“

„The owners and staff are terrific - very welcoming and caring. The cabin is cute and cozy. The river runs right in front of the cabin, with access to kayaks, etc. right there. Waterville is a very cute town with good eateries. I loved the Toledo Zoo which is nearby. Do be aware, however, if you are looking for an isolated cabin in the woods, this one is part of 12 cabins along the river, like a campground. It was quiet and everyone was great, but you will have neighbors. I loved my stay ...

„My husband and I visited this rental for an overnight stay and were very pleased with the communication between Innkeeper and ourselves in accessing the property. The Inn was well kept and Victorian decor was lovely. She also provided the history of the home which we enjoyed. “

„The neighborhood was quiet but in a central location close to restaurants, gas stations, etc. The house was very nice with an updated bathroom. It was unique and charming with antique details preserved. It was very hot in Toledo when we were there and the AC struggled a bit to cool the hallway and bathroom. The owner supplied a box fan that helped and the rest of the home stayed cool. There were ceiling fans in every room and remote controls for them and the lights. We had a plumbing issue that ...

"Wir hatten 2 Tage nur kaltes Wasser, das Hotel brachte es nicht fertig es instand setzen zu lassen. Zudem war man sehr unfreundlich, man bekam nur Info nach einem Fragespiel. Auch waren an vielen Stellen die BodenFliesen herausgenommen und die entstandenen Löcher mit Farbe zur Sicherung besprüht. Stolperfallen waren es trotzdem. Der Kaffee wie auch das Teewasser waren kalt. Das Frühstück war überhaupt nicht so, wie man es von einem Hampton Inn gewohnt ist. Der Frühstücksraum war ungemütlich und die Tische nicht sauber. Man hat uns letztendlich zwar 50% der zweiten Nacht erlassen, aber wie wir an das Geld kommen, darum mussten wir uns selber auf Nachfrage kümmern. Man hat sich auch nicht entschuldigt, für die misslichen Umstände. Hotel.com war in der Regulierungsregelung sehr hilfsbereit. "
