Walk up to the beach. *the staff on the phone should learn to say Ideal Beach Resort, when you talk to them, don't be confused when the girls says Idol Beach Resort. Sheets had a ton of hair in them. My husband looked it over and we felt the beds were recently made, not slept in, just bad laundry service. Maybe change the dryer filter every load. “

The home and apartment was the perfect size for the size of the group with enough sleep options and open space to where we did feel like we were on top of each other the whole time we were there. Plenty of parking and enough grass area for outside activities. The hosts were great to work with and responded quickly to our questions through our our stay. Access to the clubhouse was a plus and we enjoyed the private beach for the water activities. ...

„The property was beautiful with an amazing view it was nice to had been able to enjoy this place that was able to accommodate the whole family and spend time with our parents, sisters, brothers, nephews, nieces, since we are only able to do this once a year getting the whole family together. Our host Angela had games that the whole family was able to enjoy specially the volleyball net the family spend hours outside playing. “

„This is a great house for large gatherings. The 2 very large rooms filled with numerous bunk beds were a big hit with my grandkids.Location is ideal, beautiful view of the lake from the balcony. The clubhouse with two pools and a hot tub was fun. The private beach was great, but crowded. We had a few minor issues that Heidi quickly resolved. We hope to stay at this great place again.“

„This is a lovely home. Large enough for our family of 22 (including 3 babies) to stay comfortably. We enjoyed the space and they had some fun activities available. We ran out of paper towels, and they brought us more quickly, which was nice. It's less than a 5 minute drive to the Lava Hot Springs attractions. We had a wonderful few days there!“

„Check in was seamless - It's a beautiful, clean home with plenty of space for our teenagers to hang out. The four girls loved the large bunk room and created their own 'kingdom'. "Das Zimmer war klein, aber sehr schön. Alles perfekt sauber. Wunderbar war auch die Empfangshalle, ein gut eingerichtetes Wohnzimmer. Es hat kein Personal, auch nicht beim Frühstück, aber alles war perfekt vorbereitet und konnte selber zubereitet werden. Inkl. Kaffee, Tee, Flocken, Früchte, Yogurt, Waffeln, usw. Am Abend hörten wir noch den Zug, doch nachts haben wir wunderbar geschlafen. Ich würde sofort wieder hier übernachten. Einzige Schwierigkeit war das Einchecken, weil ein SMS mit dem Türcode nicht bei mir angekommen ist. Mit einem Anruf konnte das Problemchen jedoch sehr schnell und unkompliziert gelöst werden. Optimierungsmöglichkeit: Es wäre schön, wenn es im Zimmer Kleiderhaken oder Aufhängemöglichkeiten hätte."
