They checked in with me the first night to make sure all was well and were very easy to ask any questions of. The house is very well equipped with anything you might need. „Very clean property. It was pretty hot during our stay and the A/C worked well. All linens were provided. Very comfy for the two of us and our small dog. We made breakfast each morning with provided farm fresh eggs! Thank you. There was also water in fridge to get us started. The yard was well kept and had a nice view. Great place to star gaze by the fire and close to Kinzua and Chapman State Park for kayaking. “

My wife of 56 years has Alzheimer's so travel can be challenging, but our stay was very enjoyable even with the challenges. Surrounded by nature and the front deck or fire pit area is your living room, it really helps you reconnect. No WiFi and very little phone service is exactly what I enjoy when in this area. Great for a few couples or two small/1 large family! “
