„The actual unit is very nice and very clean! Lots of small appliances and kitchen utensils perfect for use. Everything was clean and organized. Some of the appliances didn't work however. The microwave wasn't working properly. Otherwise everything else i used worked as expected. Check in was a nightmare! The host was very rude and unhelpful. I had to rely on expedia's chat system with Hala Tysons to get my check in information. The website with the checkin information is so poorly developed ...

„Honestly, I don't know if the people mnanaging this or the people at the front desk have ever been in this apartment building. We were told our FOBs were programmed for parking and that we should go down to the front desk and have them reprgrammed. The FOBs don't work for parking. You need another clicker. The water did not get hot enough. To make it worse, the entrie time we were there (18 days), there was no water pressure. We were told it was a problem in the whole building. When I checked ...
