„This property has a lot of amenities from the gym, outdoor patio spaces, pool area, refillable water dispensers, little nooks and crannies to sit, work or read quietly. Bonus being access to the Katy Trail directly across the street. However, one downside is that the hallway on the hotel floor (24) smelled greatly of cooked foods, although the rooms were fine. “

„Zimmer waren sauber und ordentlich. Das Haus selber war nicht so okay. Das Parken war eine Katastrophe, sehr umständlich per NFC-Code. Man muss eine amerikanische Telefonnummer haben, sonst funktioniert es nicht. Mehrere Emails an den Parkhausbetreiber gesendet. Zum Schluß funktionierte es nur per Telefon, um aus dem Parkhaus zu fahren. Der Pool war verschmutzt und das Wasser war eine milchige Flüssigkeit. Lage war gut. Fußläufig zur Innenstadt “

„We stayed in the area for my son's 3rd birthday and Carolyn did so much to make it extra special! She was great at communicating and making sure we had everything we could possibly need. She decorated the home with birthday decorations and spiderman stuff which all 5 our kids loved. She made sure we had everything for our infant as well, including a pack-n-play with bassinet, an infant bath, and bottles. „We had a great stay for SMU graduation ceremonies. The property was only 7-8 miles from campus (20 min drive). All of the amenities were as described. We loved the pool, the hot tub and the games inside. There were plenty of sleeping options with the 4 bedrooms. The host has a nice coffee bar set up with lots of Keurig choices. The kitchen is well stocked as well. The neighborhood is very quiet, hence the warnings about the quiet hours. It was not an issue for our group. We would definitely stay ...

„I’ve had a couple vrbo stay’s and honestly this was hands down my favorite. The location was definitely in not the best area, however that was easy to forget when dealing with such a fantastic host. The home was incredibly clean and well maintained with a multitude of provided appliances. The beds were incredibly comfortable and clean. I will say the house got a little hot during the day, but at night it cooled off just enough. Genuinely a great stay I would 100% recommend.“

„Walking distance from many high quality restaurants and a good neighborhood really makes it hard to wanna stay anywhere else. Host responds immediately. Just overall will love to come again. Only issue I can stay is the water can get hot fast in the shower and sink.“
