„The reception at the front desk was very friendly but took 30 minutes, because the technology apparently was not properly mastered. After a long flight a no go! In addition, the competence of the reception varies greatly according to the time! If two ladies are at the reception, they are mostly competent. „We really loved the house and the view!! The kitchen was VERY well stocked which was a plus. The check-in was easy and the hosts were very accommodating!! The only complaint would be and wasn’t a huge deal, but we could have used another bathroom to two. We had a wonderful week with our whole family. I would recommend this house highly!“

„There were some hiccups with the check in process but resolved easily by the management team. House was beautiful. Well thought out open design with all amenities needed for a big group, and absolutely everything needed for a comfortable stay. Extremely clean. Plenty of towels, the kitchen was stocked like 'being at home', and all of the beds were comfortable. Every item we looked for was in available and in place. The kids loved the games in the basement, as well as the adults..and the hidden ...

„This was a very comfortable place to live for a few days. It is well equipped, and the beds are super comfortable. The neighborhood is beautiful and great for walking -- very good hill exercise and great views! Steve and Ann are very attentive hosts. If you stay here, you won't be disappointed with the property, the beautiful area, or the friendly efficiency with which your stay is managed.“

We did a lot - the mountain zoo, the North Pole theme park, Paint Mines hike, Rainbow Gulch hike to reservoir, the Broadmoor hotel, cliff dwellings, etc. We had a great time! Loved the backyard - the grandkids loved playing back there. We even had a hailstorm in June - maybe lasted 1/2 hour. Super cool! “

"Die öffentlichen Räume des Hotels sind schön angelegt und laden zum Verweilen ein. Pool sehr angenehm. Alle Angestellten sind uns äußerst freundlich begegnet. Das Frühstücksangebot war gut mit "cook to order" - in diesem schönen Ambiente hätten wir uns allerdings richtiges Geschirr gewünscht. Ein paar Einschränkungen gab es: im Zimmer war die Internetverbindung nicht gut. Der Schreibtisch hat sehr gewackelt, was allerdings noch am selben Tag repariert wurde, nachdem wir darauf hingewiesen hatten. Vor dem Zimmer war eine Lampe so defekt, dass sie ständig laut gesummt hat. Im Schlafbereich hat man das zwar nicht gehört - aber es hätte bei der Zimmerkontrolle auffallen müssen. So hatte man den Eindruck, dass nicht sehr sorgfältig auf die Instandhaltung geachtet wurde - das ließe sich verbessern. Ansonsten ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt."
