As the other review and site description states the owner of the house who is really nice lives in the basement and has seperate entrance something to keep in mind. This was not an issue for us.The lack of air conditioning is very noticeable in these hotter months. „I'm giving this property 5 stars because the pictures and descriptions were accurate. Having said that i must warn travelers that the host likes to cook with Indian spices that are very strong and aromatic that last all night. They have kids that like to run and you hear every step. The house was clean, and the kitchen had everything you need to cook a meal or warm up leftovers. The hot tub was a nice bonus. „This property was just what we were hoping for! It was super clean, had all the amenities we needed, and more! The property owner left us milk, juice, and snacks for all of us! There were plenty of towels, and shampoo/conditioner/soap stocked! There’s a Laundry room with all the essentials as well! Our kids enjoyed the hot tub each night, and I was able to cook in a fully stocked (for cooking) kitchen! They even had spices and condiments available! „This was a great studio outside of the city. It was very clean and spacious. The host lives in another house on the property and was very kind and wanted to make sure we had everything we needed. It was really handy to have a washer/dryer in the space. While we really enjoyed being out of the city, it did take us about 30 min to drive everywhere we wanted to visit. But, we would stay here again.“

„The place was clean and lovely. it would be nice to have a bit more coffee to make. I stayed 3 nights but only had enough to make coffee two mornings. The only other issue was the entry to the place. It was a bit precarious and I was grateful it was not wet. Leaving early in the morning, there was no lighting going up to the street. I would recommend this place. “

"Auf unserem Trip durch die USA war dies -bis jetzt- die beste Unterkunft. Einziger Kritikpunkt ist, dass die Hygieneprodukte in kleinen Fläschchen waren. Hier wären vielleicht große Spender sinnvoller."

Viel Gutes, aber auch ein paar Minuspunkte

"Die öffentlichen Räume des Hotels sind schön angelegt und laden zum Verweilen ein. Pool sehr angenehm. Alle Angestellten sind uns äußerst freundlich begegnet. Das Frühstücksangebot war gut mit "cook to order" - in diesem schönen Ambiente hätten wir uns allerdings richtiges Geschirr gewünscht. Ein paar Einschränkungen gab es: im Zimmer war die Internetverbindung nicht gut. Der Schreibtisch hat sehr gewackelt, was allerdings noch am selben Tag repariert wurde, nachdem wir darauf hingewiesen hatten. Vor dem Zimmer war eine Lampe so defekt, dass sie ständig laut gesummt hat. Im Schlafbereich hat man das zwar nicht gehört - aber es hätte bei der Zimmerkontrolle auffallen müssen. So hatte man den Eindruck, dass nicht sehr sorgfältig auf die Instandhaltung geachtet wurde - das ließe sich verbessern. Ansonsten ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt."
