„Overall we had a good experience. Parking and entry to the unit were not really clear. The unit itself was set up decent. The shower was very nice. The unit was nice and clean. The carpet is stained. Light patches all over it but it was clean. The upstairs neighbors are noisey. I would like to see mattress protectors on the bed rather than just the thin sheet over the mattress. We felt ssfe it was a nice neighborhood. „The access to the property was poor. No communication was sent with access information.I had to initiate how to gain access. Had to wait 2 hrs to get in. There were no bathroom towels. We were 4 guest. No extra blankets. Dirty cleaning supplies were not put away. Obviously not clean.“
