„Very handy place, well presented and great location for all sorts of West Midlands attractions. The communication from the property owners was very good and very reassuring.“

„On arrival there was no parking available. I know the listing says on-street parking only but there was none available. After 15 mins of driving around the streets had to park on double-yellows. The code I was supplied for the property did not work so I was unable to gain access. Contacted the owner, not sure what I was meant to do as it was not clear. Waited another 20 mins, nothing. Booked into a different hotel and got a refund. Beware“

„We had a great stay. Everything was perfect and comfortable. The owner was very helpful and communicative before we came up. We will definitely use again, next time we come up and stay!“

„The rooms were well prepared and clean. Location was very convenient for our needs during the stay. “

„Full marks for everything but the mattress could be more comfortable- was too soft and you could feel it was sinking in because it was old.“
