„San Sabastian is a very popular destination, especially during the weekends. Although the apartment was in a great location, the noise level at night was a bit much. During the week it is much quieter with less tourists. Any issues we had was dealt with in a very timely fashion by the managing agent.“

Idéal pour notre groupe d'amis, chacun sa chambre et sa salle de bain. Le seul petit point négatif est que les équipements de la cuisine ne sont pas vraiment adaptés pour un groupe nombreux. „Unfortunately the weather wasn’t so good. The covered terrace gave us the possibility to sit outside even when it rained. The house has enough place and is well equipped. Insect screen in the windows could however be helpfull. The owners were very kind and informed us about the region.“

„Functional great location bedroom is pretty small as is Bed a bit like a cabin but good spaces in living area .. wifi was not the best but we managed and enjoyed our stay“

„Everything was fine. The flat is spacious, the rooms are tidy and the kitchen is fully equipped. The location is also great, on one hand it is very close to the beach and there are many pintxo bars around, on the other hand it is reasonably quiet at night. The hosts are very friendly. „Wir haben uns in dem Haus von Esperanza sehr wohl gefühlt. Es hat an nichts gefehlt, das Haus war sehr dauber und gepflegt; Esperanza war sehr fürsorglich und bei Fragen jederzeit erreichbar. Es gibt nichts zu beanstanden (außer vielleicht den Wetter-Bedingungen..;-). Man kann in einem kurzen Spaziergang die Innenstadt und die Strände erreichen. Eine Anmerkung: wenn auch deutschsprachige Gäste das Haus buchen, wären entsprechende TV-Sender schön. Leider nur spanische Sender vorhanden.“

„We were a group of 8 friends traveling through the Basque country. Communication and checkin went smoothly. The accommodation is modest but spacious, perfectly suited for our group. The location of the apartment is a major plus - 1 block from La Concha beach and close to the old quarter. I would definitely recommend this apartment!“

The apartment is well appointed and provides what you need for a few days in San Sebastián, from beach towels to rain umbrellas (yes, both are definitely called for!). The apartment is a little tight in the bathroom and kitchen (there’s not really a great space to eat) but none of that matters much if you’re just staying a few days.
