„nice service“

„このアパートは現在工事中です。朝8時から夜6時まで工事の音が非常にうるさい。プールも半分は工事中。チェックインの際チェックアウトの仕方を教えてくれなかった。部屋にはインターネットも電話もなく、フロントもないので連絡のつけようがない。アメニティもなく、トイレットペーパーの補充もない。トイレは午前中に下水の匂いがする。 ホテルズドットコムに連絡したが、スタッフの対応が最悪だった。チャットは途中で切られるし、折り返しの電話をリクエストしたが、なかった。帰国後電話したが長時間待たされて繋がらない。 お部屋はまあまあだったが、まだゲストを泊まらせる状態ではないのでは？ このような部屋を紹介しないで欲しい。“

„マンションの1室。レストランや24時間空いてるコンビニ等もそばにあり便利。遅くまで人が多い様子。 部屋はキレイで水回りも問題なし。窓からの景色は表の通りとかなり差がある。 フロントがなくセルフチェックインで少し不安だったが、鍵の受け取りに少し手間取ったが事前にメール連携された手順書見ながらやれば問題ななかった。“

„the parking area is a bit scary and the elevator to the parking area is a nightmare because there’s only one lift and the wait could be long. self check in might be troublesome as the staff dont really give you complete information“

„Environment and view is very nice, unfortunately the property did not do the maintenance and the cleaning well. Its have a good potential as a tourist place if all the villa & suite being renovate“

„We were left waiting at marina lobby, nobody showed up. We had to stay somewhere else. I want my money back.“

„Overall good place to stay. Only having problem with the lift bank where with only one available to use going to park floor. Its so troublesome for waiting or if out of service.“

„Worth the money as 2 bed room for 2 nights can stay up to 5 people. Property condition was understandable not perfect but not that bad. Free parking (1 car park), 1 set of access card. The location was easy to find food from G floor, got grocery shop and shopping centre across the street. The unit I got not include microwave. Contact PIC easy and fast reply.“

„房子的位置很好，靠近海边（当然看不到景）旁边就是商场也有海鲜食街。房间还算大，但沙发有好大的污迹我根本不敢坐，应该铺个沙发巾既美观又好打理。厕所很大但灯泡不够亮感觉有点阴森。所以整体评价是3星，不太推荐。“

„The Apartment was fine, It was not clean but ok. We were instructed to pick-up the key and that went well, but in the apartment it was stated that we should have had 2, i Kontaktet the kontaktperson that we only had one and got no respons. The worst thing was on the night before your departure where at 11.45 pm 6 men came in in the apartment because they also had a key and a reservation. This is under no circumstances acceptable.“
