„Great location and very clean rental. There was a slight odor in the unit, which may not bother most people — I’m just very sensitive to smells, and I think it might’ve come from the restaurant below. The bed was extremely comfortable and made for a great night’s sleep.The only challenge was the narrow staircase leading up to the unit. It wouldn’t be an issue for light travelers, but I had a lot of luggage since my next stop was for a month, so it took a few trips to get everything upstairs.“

„Best rental house on the Smith River! This was our 3rd or 4th time here and it's still our favorite rental house ever. Fully stocked with every possible thing you might need. The hosts are great and very helpful and the location is unique in that is has the best access of any rental house on the Smith River. Even my barely mobile 84 year-old mother-in-law could get down to the beach to watch us kayak and swim. My only tiny complaint is that the knives in the kitchen were almost too dull to use, ...

„The home is very beautiful in a very nice setting even though you’re in town it seems as though you’re out in the country, however, it doesn’t appear as though the housekeeper really does a good job at all, we had to go through and kill the spiders that were infesting with the rooms before we could utilize them. „Sehr sauberes komfortables Haus, Küche war prima ausgestattet, top. Ein Doppelbett war deutlich schmäler als Queensize, das war auf den Fotos nicht zu sehen. Zum Glück waren wir nur 4 Erwachsene, do dass einer von uns auf dem Schlafsofa schlafen konnte. Ich würde sagen, für 5 Erwachsene oder 4 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder gut. 2 Badezimmer.“
