„Fox Ridge was beautiful! The host welcomes you with fresh baked bread that was absolutely delicious and exactly what I needed after a long drive! There was an issue with the water heater and the host Shawn communicated back with me and fixed the issue very promptly. Will definitely be back! “

„I really enjoyed my stay here, it was peaceful and quiet. The bed was super comfortable, I slept well. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking, the goldfish pond is awesome, I also enjoyed using the hot tub. The river is close and there is a grocery store about four miles away in Steelville. I didn't go anywhere, was pleasant enough to just relax at the cabin.“

„The cabin was very clean and well furnished with modern appliances and bathrooms. Peaceful, private and quiet location. Everything worked flawlessly! The hot tub was clean and very relaxing. Exactly what we wanted. Went to Steelville for dinner about 10 minutes away and had a Jam Burger at Rich's Famous Burgers. Owner is very accessible and attentive as well! Would definitely book again! „Once again another wonderful stay at this property. We love to sit in the rockers on the porch and enjoy the peaceful view. The house is clean, and has absolutely everything you need from kitchen items, towels, extra bedding, and even a first aid kit. It is exactly as described.We spent a day on the beautiful river access at the bottom of the hill. you will need to drive there, but it only take 2 minutes. „Sunrise Cabin is just what my husband and I needed to relax! The location is perfect with a relatively short walk to the Metamec River where we took a dip to cool off from the afternoon heat. The property offers floating which we didn’t take advantage of THIS TIME! But guaranteed we will next time! The kitchen is fully stocked with all you need to make small snacks to full on meals. The view from both porches was spectacular. And the hot tub was a nice bonus to our relaxation! We ABSOLUTELY ...

„Cabin was cozy but laid out in very functional manner. Sheltered patio was great to eat meals on and hangout. Very close to the river. Water was only about 1’ deep with 2-3’ pockets, perfect for kids to play and explore. Saw a bald eagle nearby . “

„The house was beautiful and the views were amazing to me! We loved the fire pit and watching the deer and the eagle that are in the area. Our stay was perfect and we had everything we needed in the house.“

„The home was spacious, clean, and had everything we needed and more! The layout was perfect for our large group and everyone had space to spread out. The beach was absolutely beautiful and everything was so private! We couldn’t have asked for a better place for our book club girls weekend. We hope to make it an annual trip! Thanks so much!“

„This cabin is beautiful! We wanted to do a float trip but didnt want to stay in tents or the typical small cabins that make up the majority of this area. This cabin made our float trip feel very luxorious! Bird's Nest Lodge came and picked us up and dropped us off directly from the driveway, and their 6 mile float was perfect! „Theresa was very responsive and check in and out was simple. The place is quite lovely and we enjoyed using the fireplace. It is high end Glamping, full kitchen with a place to sleep. We brought our own lawn chairs to enjoy the outdoors and amazing porch. It is very close to floating, lovely surroundings and quiet. The only thing that is needed is towel hooks on the porch or more in the bathroom or bedrooms for wet towels after floating. I will definitely stay here again in the future. “
