„Great stay at Hummingbird Hideaway! Gorgeous views, ample space, great accommodations. Be aware that it is very rural - approx 17 minutes just to get back to the highway, then another 30 minutes to the next town. Very quiet, great stargazing and wildlife. Highly recommend!“

„This was our third stay at this property and we have always had a wonderful experience. The cabin home is very clean and offers so many amenities. It is always a pleasure to interact with the owners and we would highly recommend Roaming Elk Lodge.“

„We’ve had a lovely stay with Michael as the host. The tents are clean and comfortable. The bathrooms are clean,well thought out (everything in one stall) and well kept. Even toiletries are provided! Upon arrival Michael explained everything and provided us with power bank and lights for the night. Unfortunately it rained that night, so we missed campfire and s’mores in the evening. „Great stay. Well appointed and the parking was awesome. Having the garage available was something we never get in vacation rentals. Would definitely stay again.“

„We enjoyed our stay at the cabin very much! We especially loved the outdoor space. We brought our portable propane firepit and enjoyed playing horse shoes and just sitting under the large trees having conversation and cocktails. The location to the Village is awesome to bike or hike to. The front patio was awesome for morning coffee and afternoon drinks while enjoying the view. "Die Lage der Lodge ist fantastisch. Wir hatten einen Camper, der Platz für 3 Personen war ausreichend. Ein riesiger Kühlschrank war vorhanden, ebenso ein großer Herd plus Backofen. Kochen kann man aber nicht, es gab lediglich eine ganz kleine und eine etwas größere Pfanne. Besteck gab es ebenfalls nicht ausreichend für 3 Personen... das Oasis Restaurant bietet allerdings gutes Essen an. Leider waren die anderen Gäste sehr laut, die Ruhezeiten wurden nicht eingehalten. Um 8 Uhr war das Frühstücksbuffett leer geräubert, nachgefüllt wurde auch nicht. Ich würde hier nur wegen der tollen Lage noch einmal übernachten."

"Grundsätzlich ein angenehmer Aufenthalt, nur leider war bis 23:00 Uhr an schlafen im Zimmer 100 nichtzudenken.Der Grund dafür war einmal das eine größere Gruppe lautstark den Frühstücksraum zu ihren Poker Raum umfunktioniert haben.Dieses wurde dann zwar vom Hotelpersonal unterbunden. Nur gegen den Lärm der LKW in der Nacht helfen nur Ohrenstopfen. "
