„I can’t say enough about communication they respond quickly and work with you . Simply The Best! The home is small and charming you could easily stay at a bigger home but this is my 8th stay here and it feels like going home. The sunset view from the deck is beautiful it’s a short walk to the beach and the marsh is on the backside of the home to me the best of both. “

„You couldn’t ask for a better location. Being able to sit on the porch swing and watch the waves roll in every morning with my coffee was amazing. This is an older house but as someone who has been coming to Edisto since 1971, this house is the essence of what Edisto really is. We had a great vacation with only one small problem, the a/c was leaking but it was fixed before the end of the day. Couldn’t ask for a better host! “

„We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay at "It's a Shore Thing". It met all of our expectations...especially the fact of its location right on the beach! It was so enjoyable to sit on the deck and listen to the crash of the waves, watch the sunrise, and to see families enjoy the water. The kitchen had all that we had need of for our meal preparations.
