Our grandchildren enjoyed the games and toys, and the youngest toddler had plenty of room to safely roam about the living room. We enjoyed the covered screen porch with the ocean breeze where we read and played board games, or just talked while relaxing in the rocking chairs. „We rented High Seas for our annual extended family beach week. We own a 7 bedroom house on the beach nearby so this was the overflow house and worked wonderfully in that capacity. I stayed at High Seas. It was clean and in great shape with lots of thoughtful touches. We definitely hope to stay there again next year!“

„Brought back so many memories of my childhood vacations on Edisto. Rustic, simple and absolutely perfect. Highlight of the trip was the kids experiencing a hatching sea turtle nest right in front of the house. Kitchen gets a little warm if you are cooking but nothing a provided box fan can’t solve. Perfect back porch complete with cozy swinging couch for a good read or afternoon nap. Comfortable beds and everything was very clean. Well stocked with all the necessities. “

„Great house layout with ample covered parking. House and grounds were great for dogs. Nice big rooms and plenty of space. Kitchen has everything. Bring bath mat or extra towel for shower floor. Porch is enclosed which is nice for kids and dogs. Clean with good WiFi.“
