Unfortunately, there was an issue with cleanliness, and I noticed some signs of a rat infestation, which made things a bit uncomfortable. The size of the TV was also quite small, about 20 inches, so we didn't get to enjoy any movie nights like we had hoped. „This was perfect for our trip from out of state to catch a football game. It was a great price and there was more than enough room for our group of 4. Only knock was a few cockroaches we came across, but only two really isn’t a deal breaker. The rest of the house was clean and ready for our stay “
