„This property was filthy. We had to wash all of the bedding before we could sleep in the beds. There was a huge load of towels in the wash machine that was mixed with bath towels and the cleaning towels. We had to remove and dry them so we could use the wash machine to wash the bedding. We had several loads of laundry to do before we could use the beds. Smoke detector on the main floor was broken off the ceiling with no battery. The chairs outside had soaked cushions and the chairs were broken. ...
