„It was a great experience for my children and I bc this house was / used to be my family home…. My great grandparents home where my grandfather and other family members grew up and we had lots of family holidays!! It was wonderful to share that with my own children! Thank you!!“

„The cabin was as advertised; a nice quiet escape from everyday life. Ryan, the host, was very responsive to my questions, and given that his family lives on the property, respected our privacy. I think I saw his family once in our weeklong stay. If you’ve never had well water, you may be kind of surprised of the smells, minerals, etc., well I have so it was no big deal, especially since they make a note of it up front. „There’s was 4 adults and a dog and had plenty of room its is a remodeled cute place with the river right across the street for fishing out swimming. we enjoyed the cool water in the river if you like meeting new people and hang out in the river this is the house for you. “

„The house was perfect for our group. We thoroughly enjoyed the screened in pool deck and spa. It was spacious and the pool was immaculate and surprisingly cool. We smoked meat in the large smoker out back and enjoyed watching the game on the back porch TV. The house was well stocked with common appliances, cookware, plenty of towels for the pool, and two large refrigerators for groceries. The host was very personable and gave us a tour when we arrived. It was overall a great place to stay.“

„River house is truly a great spot. Large clean welcoming and surrounded by tress. There plenty of space to spread out and we loved using the ping pong table! Great location to go to St Mary’s or not far from St Simon’s beach.Our host was so ready to take care of every need and was quickly responsive!I would highly recommend her house“

„After driving 13 hours to get there. The host was not available for a refund after several attempts to talk about the booking which was not advertised by the pictures shown and there were two to three other people there when I got there not to mention the stench of the smell of urine when you entered did not even stay there and still demanding a refund . I would not recommend this place AT ALL!!!“

„Folks, this was an incredible week for us at Joel’s wonderful VRBO home. Yes, the pool is private and enclosed with a screen lanai to keep the pests out. There is a really good space inside the lanai to sit in a covered patio with a grill and nice dining set. The river was a lot of fun and the water might be like glass one moment and have a sting current on another. There is a Jon boat and oars, but you might need a little bit of muscle to get it in and out of the river if you like. I bought a ...

„We were so thankful to find this house. We needed the space for our whole family to gather for my a wedding nearby. The owners were very friendly and helpful. I appreciated the many extras provided like when my niece forgot to pack her toothpaste there was some travel at the house. We were really happy with the house snd the opportunity it gave foe my family to sit around the fire pit and enjoy each other. “

„Unfortunately, my stay was disappointing. Upon entry, there was a strong, unpleasant odor that got worse in the bathroom. The condition of the sheets was questionable, and the coffee pot had visible mold. While bath towels were provided, there were no washcloths. The hand body soaps were extremely watered down, and there were leftover food items in the freezer. I had to spend 15 of my own money on cleaning supplies just to make the space bearable.
