„We stayed just one night on our way through the area on a road trip and were very pleased with the accomodations and amenities. The entertainment area in the basement is a cool touch, and the fire pit was perfect for an up north evening! While it probably is best to drive by car into town, we walked the 20ish minutes to downtown to enjoy a few drinks on one of the several patio options BC has to offer. Beds were comfy, bathroom was clean and everything worked fine. Overall great experience!“

„The property and house were clean and Carlos was very easy to communicate with and quick to respond to questions. It was close to grocery stores and only about 20 minutes from Petoskey. We also really enjoyed the time we spent at the house. The hot tub easily fit 6 adults, the kitchen was large with ample counter space, the large dining room table made meals easy to enjoy and was great for board games, and the pool table and arcade games gave us fun activities to do during our downtime.“

„A nice lakefront neighborhood that provides a relaxing environment for a vacation/stay!! The hot tub works great and the lake access from the backyard is an added bonus! Reasonably priced for your experience and the host communication is great!(There is tall grass in the back and front yards, in case you bring animals or small children).“

„We really enjoyed the house and renting the pontoon. We had a fun beach day and caught some smallmouth bass in Lake Charlevoix. The house is nice but kitchen is a little dated. The outside grounds were under construction but once it’s completed, it will be beautiful. “

„My partner and I stayed here because it was close to the tunnel of trees. The host was very easy to contact and was able to provide some recommendations for places in the area. We were also pleasantly surprised by the basket of goodies, such as blankets, s'more sticks, bug spray, etc. We really enjoyed the electronic fireplace that was indoors, in addition to the firepit outside.
