„The house and location were great overall. Plenty of room! A family with kids would especially appreciate the wonderful basement space. Fenced yard was such a benefit for our dog baby. We had an issue with an outside light to the back yard, Kyle came right away to fix it. Only potential improvement would be around some functionality. No tables of any kind in the living room. I understand you may not want people to eat and drink in there, but they will anyway….and they do, by the look of ...

„Communication with Kadia was fantastic. When we encountered an issue, her response was prompt and the matter handled quickly.House is close to Czech Village as well as NewBo. Easy access to downtown restaurants and events. Street is quiet and neighbors friendly, and a Hy-Vee Supermarket close.Be aware that bathroom and bedrooms are all upstairs. If mobility is an issue, be aware of arrangement. Otherwise, property is cozy and relaxing.Would certainly return when I revisit Cedar Rapids.“

„The unit is overall good. Has a very industrial vibe being a loft. The rugs were old and a bit dirty. The unit needs a broom to sweep the floors. I dropped a glass and with having concrete floors it of course broke and I did not have a way to clean up the small pieces of glass. “

„Communication was good, the location was nice... However, the train horns did keep us awake at night, and the music from the bar downstairs was played very loud during the evening hours. We feel the loft had everything needed to make for a weekend stay. “
