We were very well taken care of and Nicola and David were the loveliest hosts we’ve ever had. Highly recommend renting this lovely home if you just want to relax and enjoy the Irish countryside. „Lovely cabin in the woods, came with all the little extras you often don't think to pack (e.g. towels, condiments, cleaning products, books, DVDs, toys, baby equipment etc). Can't help but relax here, especially on the veranda in the evening, which has a patio heater if needed. No wifi & 6km from town meant my kids aged 15, 13 & 4, took to exploring the woods, finding frogs, playing games, watching DVDs with family while 'home'. „The Grooms Cottage was a rustic wonderful stay. It is in the country but really not far from shops. Having only 1 bathroom was a little difficult in the morning with 5 adults but they are working on an upstairs one, it just wasn't ready for our stay. I definitely would come back to the Grooms Cottage!“
