„Traveled with two adults and a 2 year old.We LOVED the location! Right next to the water and just across the bridge from downtown Duluth. We were able to easily walk to restaurants and activities. Kitchen was well stocked (but bring your own decaf if you drink it). I was surprised to not find a hair dryer in the bathroom. Otherwise the unit had everything I would expect. „We had such a great weekend at the Beach House - 1. This was our second time staying at this house, We have previously stayed at the Beach House 5. Beach House 1 is a great location! It's a quick walk to the bridge and Canal Park. My kids had so much fun at the beach. Heather is a great host and responds quickly to questions. We will be back!“

The lighting was very nice -- both the natural light from all the windows and the many lights and lamps provided. We like to hang out and play games or read and this rental was great for that.
