„Make sure you video when checking out, host is charging extra for cleaning. We cleaned the unit. I messaged the host about the washer as it couldn’t do a complete wash. Host is charging us for broken washer when we couldn’t even use it as it couldn’t do complete wash. Additional charge for broken steam cleaner that we DID NOT use.
