„Our room 211 was clean inside but there was cigarette butts in a bowl on the private porch, a beer can and a bucket of some kind of dead fish. We enjoyed the pool and the fishing pier. Overall we enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back 😊“

„My husband, 4 children, and i stayed here this past weekend and it was great. Home was well kept and the location right across from Rock Port Beach was so convenient 👌 This property would be perfect for an extended family traveling to the beach. There are smaller cottages on the side so everyone could book their own little spot but still feel close together. Definitely coming back soon! 😇“

„Overall a very nice place to stay. Water views from the porch, quiet area, still convenient to everything. Wish it had a dishwasher (although I don’t know where you’d put it) and outdoor grill was a mess. I had to spend a lot of time cleaning the grill before I could use it. The cottage had everything you could possibly need. If you want to cook meals yourself and avoid restaurants, this is a great option. Communication was great. „Beautiful view, private pier a few steps away. Very quiet on a one-way street, located in a friendly neighborhood where people walk their dogs and ride their bikes and say hello when they pass you. Less than 10 minutes to an area of Rockport that has several places to eat, both local establishments and chain restaurants as well. The house has window, air conditioners, but we enjoy the background noise because we were both raised at a time when we used box fans in the summer to keep cooler ...
