They are very helpful esp. if you have a disability. The cons - not convenient to shop or eat elsewhere. Generally, we would come back to this hotel. “

I've also seen a pharmacy for last-minute needs. You can practically take a taxi from the hotel's front area to the destination of your choice, making transportation there quite simple. „VERY UNRELIABLE My confirmed reservation 7/9-7/11 which i made a month earlier was not accomodated and was cancelled during the time we were checking in…The property owner and his staff were not able to provide us with VALID reason what happened…VERY dissapointing and its noteworthy to mention that it was raining so hard at that time in BAGUiO and i was travelling with a senior and a baby that we had to look for another accomodatiom at that very moment…NEVER AGAIN…..“

I drove 5 hours to get to the place. I contacted hotels.com and after the manager spoke with the operator she took us to the building. I had my elderly mother with me and there was no elevator in the building. She recommended we transfer to the sister building with elevator and better accommodations. ...
